Australia – Standard Shipping

Aetus provides standard Australia Post eParcel shipping Australia wide for $9.95 (inc. GST). Once your order has been confirmed it will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email providing a link with a tracking number within 5 business days of your order being placed. Your delivery can take up to 5 business days to metro areas and 7 days to the rest of Australia. The time it takes to receive your order may be subject to change due to unexpected event and delays beyond Aetus’ control.

Australia – Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for orders within Australia and will be made within 2 working days after you have placed your order. The cost of express shipping within Australia is $14.95. Unfortunately we cannot post to PO Box with express delivery so please check our standard shipping service if you require it to be sent to a PO Box.

International Shipping

Unfortunately International shipping isn’t available yet. Stay tuned.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Aetus is committed to making sure you are happy with your purchase. We offer the following options regarding returns and exchanges:

Change of Mind

If you change your mind we offer the option to exchange or refund your purchase under the following conditions:

  • You must email support@aetus.com.au within 14 days of purchase, stating your invoice number, date of purchase and contact details.
  • The item must be returned in an unused and unworn condition along with its original packaging including all tags and stickers intact and box.

Returns and refunds will be granted after a full inspection of the product and its packaging.

If the inspection is successful you will receive an email providing you with the option to exchange for another style or a refund on the item (excluding postage). The refund will go back through the credit card that made the original purchase.

Any postage required between purchaser and Aetus will be at the purchaser’s expense.

Failure to meet these conditions means that Aetus will not be able to exchange or return your purchase. If you have any questions regarding change of mind returns and exchanges contact support@aetus.com.au

Faulty Product

We value quality craftsmanship. If the product is faulty you will be offered an exchange within the warranty guidelines.

Warranties are valid up to 12 months after purchase and cover faults relating to the watch internal movements. This warranty does not cover the watch band and its buckles, glass, moisture or batteries.

Exchanges will be granted if the product has been deemed faulty with the internal movements of the watch. You will be offered the same watch or a similar style if the original styles is no longer available.

To be eligible for an exchange of a faulty product you must contact support@aetus.com.au within the 12 month warranty period. If you have a fault with your watch outside of this period, Aetus will not be liable for any faults with the watch, including internal movement.

Aetus will be require to inspect the product to determine the fault and confirm whether if an exchange is permitted or not.

 

Warranty Policy

Aetus believes in providing the highest quality materials and workmanship available, which is why we provide a 12 month limited warranty for all of our watch range. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear or glass damage. If you notice any unusual defects to your favourite Aetus product please contact our customer service team at support@aetus.com.au

Aetus offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 month period for internal movements– after original purchase from the Aetus online store or authorised Aetus dealer. This means that the warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship;
  2. Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the care and special handing provisions in the instructions;
  3. Damage to the finish of the case, glass, strap, or other appearance parts such as glass, crown and stem caused by wear, accidental damage and/or misuse;
  4. Moisture damage caused by water resistant watches that have not been tested and resealed when the battery has been replaced by a non-Aetus authorised repairer;
  5. Damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than an authorised Aetus sales or service agent, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship.

In the case of replacement, Aetus cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends one 12 month from the date the replacement watch is received.

During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under warranty.

The warranty covers watch movements. It does not include accidental damage to the finish of the case, glass, strap, stem and crown or other appearance parts cause by wear.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure within the warranty agreement that was accepted during the purchase.

You will be required to provide a proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt to accompany the repair.
